Piaranut For Our Children: Quality Practices in Inuit ECD

As educators and parents, we have all had experiences with children’s behaviour that have challenged our patience and skills. Regardless of the reasons, some children in our programs require extra attention from staff to manage in a group setting. How many of us have felt overwhelmed and frustrated because we have one or two children in our group whose behaviour stands out from the others?
