Press Conference
Tuesday August 2, 2016 – Ottawa, Ontario – Pauktuutit Inuit Women of Canada will hold a press conference on Wednesday August 3, 2016 in Ottawa to respond to the launch of the National Inquiry Into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG).
- Pauktuutit President Rebecca Kudloo will deliver a statement on the National Inquiry via telephone.
- Pauktuutit Secretary Treasurer Meeka Otway will provide remarks on the National Inquiry on site.
- Will be opened with a qulliq lighting ceremony and video.
