Children and Youth

Pauktuutit is committed to creating safe homes, schools and communities that support all Inuit children, youth and their families. Ending child sexual abuse, increasing education on violence and ending the cycle of violence against children have been priorities for Pauktuutit Inuit Women of Canada since its incorporation in 1984. We have created a collection of free, bilingual resources and campaigns to break the stigma around violence and child sexual abuse.

Pauktuutit continues to advocate for the well-being, safety, equal access to healthcare and education of all Inuit children across Canada. You can browse our most recent projects on abuse prevention for children and youth below.
