Injury Prevention

Injury Prevention focuses on unintentional injury prevention within Inuit communities. The exception is Elder abuse. Participants to the National Injury Prevention Forum consistently raised this issue as an area needing greater attention, and Pauktuutit will be addressing this issue specifically during 2010/11 as part of its abuse prevention initiatives.
